Southridge Estates Homeowners Association does not own a pool. Those desiring to swim and entertain poolside can join the Southridge Recreation Club, located at 1904 Woodbrook Street. The club and annual membership fee are separate and apart from Southridge Estates Homeowners Association. Southridge Recreation Club members may use the two outdoor pools, outdoor toddler pool, covered grill gazebo, covered picnic patio, and playground. Private parties can be scheduled for a fee. Meeting Rooms and Kitchen
Southridge Estates Homeowners Association does not own a clubhouse. The Association’s office is located at 1332 Teasley Lane. In addition to the office itself, this location has three conference rooms that can seat 6, 15, and 75 people. It also has a full kitchen. Homeowners may rent these facilities for a fee.
