Assist the Compliance and Modifications Committee by walking the subdivision and bringing any issues that need to be addressed to the Committee.
Property Maintenance Committee Volunteer Opportunities
The Property Maintenance Committee does the following:
- Checks all common area property and installations (fences & fence posts, signs & sign posts, etc.) and reports all issues to the Board for further review and repair
- Reports properties Directors in need of repair/maintenance (common and individual homeowner) to the Board of for further review
- Reports issues with streets, sidewalks, and street signs to the City of Denton
- Reports evidence of vandalism and homeless trespassing to the City of Denton
- Reports burned out street lights to the City of Denton
- Reports loose, injured, or dead animals to the City of Denton
- Reports illegal dumping to the City of Denton
- Reports water main breaks and hydrant leaks to the City of Denton
Individual Projects
Walk the subdivision during the evening and report any unlit street lights or unusual activity to the City of Denton
Walk the subdivision during the day and report any sidewalk defaults or other safety hazards to the City of Denton
Pick up trash and debris along Lillian Miller Parkway
Pick up trash and debris in islands
Pick up trash and debris in the park
