The Association office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. The Association office is closed on evenings, weekends and major holidays.
If you submit a form, send an email, or leave a voice mail message on a day the office is closed, the date of receipt will be the day it was actually opened by an Association representative. For example, if you submit the form at 11:30 pm on a national holiday, the actual date of receipt will be the first business day the Association’s office is open.
