The Association office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The Association office is closed on evenings, weekends and holidays

If you submit a form, send an email, or leave a voice mail message on a day the office is closed, the date of receipt will NOT be the day it was sent by you, it will be the day it was actually opened by an Association representative. For example, if you submit the form at 11:30 PM on a national holiday, the actual date of receipt will be the first business day the Association’s office is open.
