II. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Association’s Board of Directors meets in closed executive session to consider actions involving contract negotiations; enforcement actions; any fines to be levied or enforced; confidential communications with the Association’s attorney; matters involving the invasion of privacy of individual owners; and/or matters that are to remain confidential by request of the affected parties and agreement of the Board of Directors.

III. GENERAL SESSION
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Recording of approval of minutes from the previous Board Meeting.

B. OLD BUSINESS

Discuss, update and potentially take action concerning ongoing projects.
- Report on progress.
- Other business as needed.

C. NEW BUSINESS

Approve operational and financial reports.
Compliance and Modifications Committee report, including fines to be levied.
Hospitality Committee report.
Recap of Annual Meeting and vote tally.
Other business of the Association as needed.
Homeowner presentations – all homeowner comments on business items will be allowed at this time, with a two-minute time limit
