Pay Your 2026 Annual Assessment

The 2026 annual assessment rate is $450

2026 annual assessments are due on January 1, 2026. It’s important that you pay your annual assessment on time or enter into a payment plan. In the event that you don’t do so by January 1, 2026, late fees will accrue, per the terms set forth in the Association’s dedicatory instruments. You will be responsible for all collection and attorney fees associated with your delinquent account. A lien will be placed on your property as well. 

If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, please request a payment plan as soon as possible. We’re all fellow homeowners. No one will judge you, and your financial information will be kept confidential.

In addition to paying in full, you may choose to pay in two or in four installments. Please download and complete the Payment Plan Agreement form and then email, mail or bring in person to the Secretary Treasurer (2308 Shenandoah Trail) prior to January 1, 2026. You will be notified when your request is received and approved.

Pay With a Check or Money Order

The Association accepts personal, bank issued, and cashier’s checks. NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED. Payments should be mailed to the Association at:

If you would like to play electronically via Quickbooks invoicing, please contact the Secretary Treasurer to request that an electronic invoice be emailed to you. Convenience fees apply.
